Jackie is a Certified Funeral Celebrant, storyteller and public speaker based in Central Scotland.
She has worked in end-of-life care for more than 29 years and is highly experienced in supporting bereaved people. That background gives her an understanding of grief that cannot be reduced to a script or a set process.
When Jackie meets a family, she takes time to understand the person who has died: the way they spoke, the people they loved, what mattered to them, what made people laugh, and the details that might seem small but say everything.
She then uses those conversations to shape a service that reflects the essence of the person rather than forcing their life into a standard format.
